    Sheila Joy has years of experience working as an instructional designer and eLearning specialist and has helped thousands of adults learn and use technology in multiple environments including higher education, non-profits, and global law firms. In all those environments, Sheila has authored and conducted face-to-face Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructional Led Training (VILT) as well as configured and administered Learning Management Systems and designed LMS courses with subject matter experts. Sheila holds a Master's of Music in Classical Vocal Performance from Manhattan School of Music. Always a life-time learner, Sheila is excited to move into the K-12  professional development environment, especially at a time when our educational system is in a time of great transition. Sheila lives in New Orleans where she enjoys studying local history, teaching voice lessons, seeing a variety of live music, and looks forward to returning to singing with both a gospel and classical choir.
