To design student learning, educators need access to ongoing professional learning that are aligned to their specific needs and objectives, whether that's at the district, school, or classroom level. Because in order for students to be successful, teachers need to be set up for success as well — and that begins with giving them access to effective professional learning.

We’re laser-focused on making sure teachers and leaders know their influence on students, that they have the tools to evaluate their impact, and they’re able to evolve their instruction accordingly as a result each and every day.

If you’re looking for a partner to make sure your professional learning goals become a reality, we’re here for you. Also, find out how we measure efficacy to support you.

Our Services

Designing Customized Professional Learning

Like the students they teach, educators need more than a one- or two-day workshop to fully understand, practice, and apply new knowledge. Corwin approaches professional learning with a focus on building educators’ knowledge of evidence-based practices and providing implementation support to help educators move from surface to deep to transfer.

Corwin's Service Delivery Model

How It WorksOur services are delivered through a variety of on-site formats:

  • Keynotes kick off school- or district-wide initiatives through high-energy, large-format events that introduce new concepts, create a shared vision of success, and drive educator interest and excitement.
  • Workshops provide educators opportunities to acquire and apply new knowledge and skills by engaging, practicing, and modeling key concepts
  • Implementation Services such as curriculum meetings, guided classroom visits, data analysis, and leadership coaching allow consultants and educators to collaborate in small groups to put strategies into action
  • Coaching Services allow consultants to observe educators observe teaching and learning in real time, with real students, in the school setting. Educators receive targeted feedback, work through the planning and implementation process, and have their questions answered immediately by an expert.
