Before becoming a consultant, he founded the REACH Center for Multicultural Education and served as an Adjunct Professor at Western Washington University and Seattle University.
Dr. Jessica Hannigan is an Associate Professor in the Educational Leadership Department at California State University, Fresno. She works with schools and districts throughout the nation on designing and implementing effective behavior systems.
