Andrea Hnatiuk
Andrea Hnatiuk, currently an education consultant and program manager for the Ministry of Education in Saskatchewan, Canada, has a vast experience of 30 years in the education sector, beginning her career as a classroom teacher for 18 years. Prior to her current role, she worked as a coach providing leadership in literacy instruction, assessment, and curriculum for four years. Her expertise focuses on increasing outcomes for Indigenous students and improving student reading and literacy levels through school division and provincial initiatives. Additionally, Andrea provided support for special projects, including leadership training for school-based administrators, and assisted during traumatic events at schools. With her strong educational background, Andrea holds a B.A. and B.Ed. from the University of Regina, and a M.Ed. in Education Administration and Leadership from the University of Saskatchewan. Passionate about promoting and ensuring best practices, she remains a life-long learner dedicated to benefiting all students through collective efforts.
